Do you offer free estimates on jewelry repair?

Yes, we're pleased to provide free estimates on all jewelry repair and service projects. Whether you need ring sizing, stone tightening, or any other repair service, there's no charge for the initial estimate.

How long does jewelry repair typically take?

Repair time varies by service. Same-day service is available for items dropped off before noon (pick up after 5pm) for soldering, polishing, and minor stone tightening. Standard ring sizing takes next day. More complex repairs like prong rebuilding and channel work typically take 4 business days.

Are your jewelers trained and certified?

Yes, we have six full-time bench jewelers on staff who are highly skilled and experienced. Our goldsmiths have won state and national awards for custom design and repair work.

Do you repair jewelry purchased from other jewelers?

Absolutely! Regardless of where or when you purchased your jewelry, the Bremer family is happy to offer repair services. We welcome all pieces for evaluation and repair.

What complimentary services do you offer?

Do you use laser welders for repairs?

Yes, we use top-of-the-line laser welders in both stores for re-tipping prongs, resizing rings, soldering rings, and other precision repair work.

Can you repair heirloom and antique jewelry?
