Job Purpose: A Fine Jewelry Consultant is primarily responsible for assisting Bremer Jewelry’s guests with jewelry purchases while building brand loyalty through excellent guest interaction. Deliverables:

• Builds guest confidence through knowledge and excellent guest service.
• Consistently achieve established sales goals
• Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications
• 2-3 years retail sales experience is preferred
• Effective verbal and written communication and relationship building skills
• Problem-solving, prioritization and organization skills
• Strong typing and computer skills

Required:

• Regular attendance and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including evening and Saturday hours
• Stand and maneuver around sales floor and guest service area; operate register; lift and carry 30 pounds; clean and display merchandise
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
