ONLINE ORDER POLICIES

HOLIDAY DELIVERY

To receive your shipment in time for Mother’s Day (Sunday, May 14th, 2017), your order must be placed and approved by Wednesday, May 10th at 11:59pm CST with the Express 2-Day Shipping option for $10. To use the FREE Standard Shipping option, your order must be places and approved by Tuesday, May 9th at 11:59pm CST. (Order dates apply to in-stock, non-special order, non-sized merchandise only.)

 

SHIPPING

The Bremer family offers two shipping choices:

  • FREE standard ground, which typically delivers within 3-5 business days
  • Express two-day, which delivers in 2 business days

We currently only offer online orders to guests living in the 48 contiguous states.

For your protection, Bremer Jewelry always:

  • Requires a signature upon delivery on all packages with a complete retail value of $500 or more.
  • Disallows delivery to PO Box addresses.
  • You may check the status of your order or track your package by clicking the “View your order” button on the original confirmation email.
  • We will also send out update emails when your order status changes such as when it leaves our doors or arrives at yours.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We stand behind every item we sell and want you to be truly delighted with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original, unworn condition within 30 days, for a full refund or exchange.

Returning An Item In-Store

To return an online order item in-store, simply follow these steps:

  • Choose the most convenient Bremer Jewelry location.
  • Bring the item(s) you wish to return, your receipt and/or online order confirmation, and form of identification.
  • One of our lovely sales associates will assist you in an easy transaction and off you go!

Returning An Item Online

To return an item via mail, simply follow these steps:

  • Contact our Online Orders Team at 309-683-1029 or message us!
  • Let us know that you wish to return your order.
  • Within three business days of your request, we will email you a pre-paid, fully insured return shipping label, along with instructions on how to safely and securely package your items.
  • Please take your order and the label to the nearest FedEx location and simply mail it back to us. If you need packaging materials, FedEx will assist you.
  • We will notify you via email once the package has been successfully received. All refunds will be processed within two weeks, in the form of the original purchase method.

 

WARRANTY

Once you’ve chosen the jewelry that you absolutely love, you’ll want to protect it for a lifetime (and so do we!)

  • To activate the warranty on an item you purchased online, please visit our stores and one of our family members will help get you started. Please make sure to have your online order receipt with you.
