Day to day experiences include: getting to know the story behind our guests’ beloved pieces of jewelry: recommending what to do to ensure their jewelry continues to last generation after generation; helping them remember their loved ones by guiding them through what to do with inherited jewelry. Alllllllll while being surround by drool-worthy jewelry and a heck of a lot of cool people to support you and teach ya the ropes.

THE JOB: Service Coordinator
Do you have a passion for fashion and jewelry? Bremer Jewelry is searching for a career-driven, full-time Fine Jewelry Consultant who wants to be surrounded by beautiful jewelry and is interested in assisting our guests with the care and service of their treasured possessions. We offer competitive wages and benefits in a fun, team-oriented environment. This position is in our Peoria, Illinois location.

THE PURPOSE
Under supervision of the Store Manager, a Service Coordinator will be responsible for creating and preserving memories of the Bremer family by taking the very best care of our guests’ jewelry and building brand loyalty through excellent guest interaction.

Deliverables: Build guest confidence through jewelry repair knowledge; provide accurate inspection, take-in, scheduling and follow up for guest repair services; exercises independent judgement in carrying out assigned duties and responsibilities.

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications: A minimum of 2-3 years retail sales experience is preferred; strong in time management skills, multi-tasking, and deadlines; exhibit relationship building skills with guests, co-workers and management; problem-solving, prioritization and organization skills; strong typing and computer skills that include knowledge and ability to use email; regular attendance and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends (closed most Sundays)
